Pukalani Model

A few weeks ago Lynne built a model of our future house based on Don's design drawings. It is a very basic block model. It shows no details like doors, windows and the  roof is undeveloped. There are a few trees shown to give an indication of the landscaping. All may (and probably will) change. Nonetheless we are very excited and the model is so cute we'd love to move in.

Our lot has a road at both the top and the bottom. This is a view of the house from the neighborhood to the South. The bedroom end of the house is on the left, the studio is on the right, and the car port is in the back.

Here is the Kupee Street (pronounce Ku-pay-ay) end of the house with the car port on the right, the palm court, and the studio (~700 sf) on the left. Don and Lynne miniatures are standing on the deck. The entrance to the house is behind the carport.

This is a close up of the house from the North side. The Don & Lynne miniatures are standing at the entrance to the house. Because of the slope of the ground the floor of the house feels like it is at a second story level. We will have views over our neighbors rooftops and of the mountains.
